We are seeking Senior Network Engineer to support our sales team in promoting and selling our network security solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in network security, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with our sales team to understand clients' network security needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Provide technical expertise and support during the pre-sales process, including product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and responding to technical inquiries
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in network security
  • Collaborate with our product team to provide feedback on product features and latest release based on client feedback and industry trends
  • Attend trade shows and events to represent the company and promote our network security solutions
  • Ability to lead project and ensure successful project closure on-time. Such tasks include client kick-off meetings, planning and configuration, knowledge transfer and documentations
  • Respond to technical support and maintenance requirement as and when necessary, including troubleshooting, incidence response, firmware upgrade, operational maintenance, preventive maintenance and others in a timely manner
  • Be proactive in solving issues by working closely with superior and supplier's technical team for support, knowledge sharing and troubleshooting;
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in network security or a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of network security protocols, tools, and technologies such as switching and routing, LAN/WAN technologies, wireless, firewall, DNS, VPN, SDWAN will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Result oriented and client focused
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in network security
  • Possess own transportation and willing to travel
